Meet The Mentor: Manekshaw
Manekshaw is the Co-founder of SkillMaak Digital Hub and a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of global industry experience in product design, structural analysis, and CAE simulations.
He has worked across five countries—USA, UK, France, Japan, and Malaysia—as well as major Indian tech hubs like Chennai and Bangalore. He has worked with major multinational companies such as TCS, Ansaldo, Altair, and OLA Electric. Over the years he has executed hundreds of projects from short term to long term for clients globally,
With a strong foundation in manufacturing, quality assurance, new product development, and sheet metal forming, he has successfully led hundreds of engineering projects across verticals like automotive, FMCG, and general structures.
Manekshaw holds a Master’s degree in Product Design and a degree in Business Administration. Passionate about knowledge sharing, he has trained over 500 engineers—both fresh graduates and professionals—to build expertise in CAE and core engineering domains.
Manekshaw is on a mission to help and add value to mechanical engineers to master simulation skills in product design and development and help them to elevate their career in CAE domain
